I believe that there are some people here that want the accused convicted of rape.
I believe that there are some people here that wish the accused were convicted of rape.

I believe that no one here wants a woman to be raped and that is the paradox. people want a change in a system where guilty people are not brought to justice and speak out of anger and can be blinded to the reality of THIS case by that anger.
read my post......i said it seems like people want these guys punished and that creates the paradox.

and no, I dont think that sounds familiar or is even remotely in the ball park of my original post. FOR ME....MY OPINION.....the Iraq War is a failure but that is not the point. The point is, I want the LIES of the Bush administration made front and center public so THEN I can say....I TOLD YOU SO. Bush is not innocent....

your logic is....well, you gave two examples that we know to be true. We already know the war is a failure and we already know that torturing goes on at Guantanamo.......and I want the Bush administration held accountable.

The situation with the Duke case is....we know, per the district attorney, the players are innocent but it SEEMS to me some people here still want there to be some kind of punishment.
that is my interpretation.
