but i love carrots as long as there cooked in broth or stir fried. when i make soup and i put carrots in, i could easily eat a pound. but plain, no.

my husband has been eating stir-fry vegetables 2-3 times a week from the chinese restaurant. he always had trouble with his gums. even though he gets a deep scaling every 3 months, his gums bled. since he's eating the veggies, the bleeding has stopped.
