77. YOU CAN'T FIGHT CORPORATISM IF YOU TAKE THEIR MONEY
Edited on Sun Jan-06-08 10:50 AM by ClericJohnPreston
Which Edwards doesn't, while Hillary AND media darling Obama both do.

I used to think only Fundies and Red Staters were "rubes", able to be taken in by Evangelical references.

Here, Obama is the style and form, preferred over the substance of Edwards.

I have no faith in American voters who can't distinguish between empty rhetoric, NOT supported by action, and an Edwards who is willing to name the enemy: CORPORATISM!

Hillary is Bushco-lite with her Corporate ties and Obama not only takes their money, but then HYPOCRITICALLY speechifies that he wiould take lobbyists out of Washington. Last time I checked, his chief strategist was a lobbyist.

Obama also believes you can sit at the table with your enemy and sing Koombayah and magically create consensus.

Edwards knows a CORRECTION of FDR magnitude is necessary to effect change at this point and that in this fight, against Corporate rule, you must FIGHT, not reach with open arms across the table.

There is no question as to which candidate is the only true Democratic voice, undiluted by corporate interests: John Edwards!
