Timmeh's comfortable talking with the same old, same old about the same old, same old. You don't want him to feel badly while he's "earning" his multi-million dollar salary, do you? What kind of heartless person would want Timmeh to confront some of the issues that put so much of that lovely, lovely GE money into his overstuffed pockets? His tiny, nascent conscience might just prick his consciousness, and what if he was sipping a particularly tasty cocktail at a big Washington do? Why, it might just ruin the drink for him!

God, you people just don't appreciate the struggles Timmeh has to deal with every day! Weekend on the Vineyard, or "write" another "book" for a fat advance? Decisions, decisions.
