57. I know a person who in college got a DWI after the cop asked him to move his friend's car
from one parking lot to another. Even went to court, the officer said on the stand that she told him to do no such thing. Two witnesses said they were there and she told him to move the car after he told her he was drunk. Judge took the officer's word.
