Numerous economists state that the way to recovery is to cut imports.. increase exports. Return to a manufacture-based economy that 'makes things' and creates JOBS.

Unfortunately, I don't see anything in the TARP Plan that even hints to this. We are still bleeding jobs to China and India, and using trickle-down economics. i.e. Give everything to the Bankster/Gangsters and their lackey politicians, and they will create the jobs.

There can be NO economic recovery until we restore rail travel to all parts of the US, generate our own renewable energy and support US agriculture.

Getting out of Iraq and spending that $10 Billion a month here at home couldn't hurt either.
