So now it is at least three times we the people have been told by our president that the torturers will not be prosecuted and that we should all look forward. The only thing new is today's CIA remarks making this the third presidential announcement of the disinclination to prosecute. That and the 6 waterboardings a day against that mug shot guy, KSM, with the bad head hair and copious back hair.

And just when you've breathed "what the fuck, why do I bother caring?" she has breaking news (that actually broke last Friday, but oh well), Spikey Mikey Issikoff, who I tend to trust a bit less than the distance I could toss him, we hear the AG Holder is the *only one* in the administration out of step with the rest.

Seems ol' Eric is all about investigating and may be on the verge of calling out a special prosecutor or investigator, or whatever.
