Torture is a capital crime. Naked aggression against a sovereign nation is a war crime. The bombing, blasting, shooting, burning, frying, of more than a hundred thousand humans is a war crime.

As a notion of laws we MUST act. There is no choice, no matter that some wanna-be's and never-were's think they know more than those of us who have been to war.

What kind of people would justify the despicable, degrading, and disgusting acts of torture? What kind of person would find nothing wrong with waterboarding someone 183 times?

The same kind of person who would let his country decay, his schools decline, poor children without school food programs, all so millionaires could dodge their fair share of taxes. Conservatives are scaredy-cats, afraid of everything, not just taxes and military service. They need their guns to protect them from life and their god to protect them from death.

That's why we have government - to protect the rest of us from the conservatives."
