Under what scenario would the Torquemada gang be prosecuted? I can't think of any that make sense. Since we already have confessions, they won't be able to say that they have new information. Let Spain or another country do the heavy lifting? I can't see us extraditing our former government. Holder "going rogue"? Doubtful.
Our Constitution and our signed international obligations call for that gang to be prosecuted.
