(on CNN right now)

It will be bi-partisan and she wants 6-8 months for the intelligence committee to do their work and present their results.

She has seen the memos Cheney wants released but can't comment on them. She can't say if there are instances where "techniques of interrogation" gleaned valuable information. She wants the WH to wait on releasing any more info until the IC has this time to review all the documents.

Now Lieberman speaks - time to look forward, these are top secret documents and those who wrote them were doing what they thought was best. What do we gain from indicting lawyers for their opinion? It will poison the water and achieve nothing.

"Let the Intelligence Committee do it's work and let that be the end of it." - Lieberman

To the WH: Keep releasing information. To the AG: Prosecute.
