Those highly trained, and loving breeds I might add, are never used to kill themselves. Only to retrieve a bird that has been shot. As a former duck hunter, it is my opinion that you cannot lump everyone hunting with dogs together.

When I lived down South, I was surprised at the use of dogs for deer hunting, etc. That I don't agree with. But I just don't think retrievers, one of my favorite breeds, should be treated the same as the dogs these psychopaths used. A dog's behavior is 90% attributable to it's owner imo.
