Where do we draw the line? If we use "hard interrogations" against "enemy combatants," then when will we use them against "criminal types" here in the US?

Don't forget that Jimmy Carter wrote in his book "Our Endangered Values" that 70-90% of those rounded up in US raids in Iraq were innocent civilians. And he quotes statistics from both US Army intel and the International Red Cross.

How far are we prepared to go with this? :shrug:
