3. I'm thinking pragmatism on how we proceed, but different from questioning what was settled judgments
on torture. I think many of these Conservative talking heads know the leadership model of GOP, justification for entire enterprise and rebirth, ability to score points off of future strike, rests with ends justifies means.

I'm uncomfortable with one admin prosecuting prior one, but we can't let the moral relativity of this slide. We also have to prove that torture doesn't work, or we get the return of what we abhor.
