He ran in the OC's district on the illusion that he was some hot-shit combat fighter pilot. In reality, he never saw combat, he was only on active duty for a year, and during that time he managed to crash three jets and a helicopter.

Sometimes he would sport a big red beard and look a lot like Fidel Castro. And he was a fucking lunatic...I remember one time in 1986, when congress voted to cease funding the Contras, the vote was counted, the bell rang and that crazy mother fucker commandeered the Well and started screaming that his fellow congressman were traitors and communists.

He was slamming around the podium and mike so hard, that it crashed to the floor, and in the background you could hear shouts of "OUT OF ORDER" and the constant pounding of the gavel. Then he screamed even louder, and started cussing even MORE. They had to actually call in security to have him removed but before thay got there, he was dragged off the floor by his fellow conservative representatives.
