One is 16 nearly 17 and the other is 12. Both have been bullied before, but were taught to defend/deflect punches and twist hands/arms/fingers until the attacker squeals. Their dad taught all of the kids how to do it but they've never needed to except the youngest did use a deflection maneuver once.

Dad is a gentle giant, nobody messes w/him.
