experts for about five years now. And what we got is what we now have, which is a center-right corporate administration which has flip-flopped on every major issue that got them elected in the first place.

Not to mention that this 'shit' we got done, isn't what the majority of the American people want. They wanted a PO eg, by overwhelming majorities. They did not want Wall St. bailed out and they do not want forever war.

What you really mean by 'getting shit done' is 'getting what Corporate America wants done'.

Now we've done that. After eight years of Bush which kept the 'left' believing that all they needed was a democratic majority to get some 'real shit' done, we have found out that we played along and got very little done, for the American people. We were punked, so be it. But not anymore.

So, with that out of the way, we can and will work to get rid of the Blue Dogs/DLCers from the party and start supporting real Liberal Democrats. Because the power of the people is in Congress. And the only way to reign in the WH is to have enough people in Congress to stop them from doing things like Assassinating people, approving of Military Commissions trials of tortured child soldiers, promoting Offshore Drilling, passing Health Insurance Bills that transfer public funds to Private industry, demonizing teachers etc. etc. the list grows every day.

THIS is what we got by doing things YOUR way. Don't even bother with the 'getting shit done in DC' anymore. We were supposed to CHANGE how things got done in DC. We are now wide awake and won't be falling for that BS anymore. The DLC will have to work on a different strategy for this coming election. We are ALL political experts now. I notice how they turn to the 'left' when an election is coming up. Well, they better have something to offer, including some apologies would be nice, although who would believe them? Because this time an awful lot of people will vote their consciences. We haven't tried that for a long time. Time to give it a try.
