It removes them from the population based on best decisions of society systems of justice. So they can not hurt people. That is a societal role.

I should say, my comment is not meant to single out Bush as worse or better. Looking at it it could be seen that way. Anytime someone hurts another person, for example my earlier post, they are doing the same thing as him. And everyone does those things at some time, and he also had some good motives in his actions.

I should not have made that context while talking about any individual person, since it applies to all people when they do things that are not the best.

Although society should decide on how it wants to handle different types of right and wrong done.
