Step two: The Republicans strike it down.

Step three: Hold a press conference saying the Republicans struck down the middle class tax cuts. "Why are Republicans against lowering the middle class tax burden?"

Step four: The Republicans say, "We want tax cuts for everybody, but those darn Democrats are engaging in class warfare!"

Step five: The Democrats say, "The tax cuts for the elite will cost the US a lot of money, what should we cut in order to pay for them."

Step six: The Republicans say, "There is a war on Christmas and there are gay people walking about!"

Step seven: The Dems try again. "Why are the Republicans still striking down the middle class tax cuts?!"
