There have been stories for a couple of days about the GOP wanting to shut down amendments now that they were able to offer all of theirs. Does not make sense to me that not shutting down amendments yet helps them. Your argument is thin. Feingold going against what the GOP wants is helping the GOP? Doesn't add up.
