Harwood ended his segment just now on MSNBC by saying people are just going to have to be patient about the economy getting better anytime soon. Harwood had said there was no chance this would be voted on before November. And, that only the small business tax bill would likely get done before Congress adjourns to get ready for mid-term elections.

Make both R's and Conservadems vote no! Call their bluff!
