Honestly, I think the 2010 elections will only make us stronger in the long run

Some of these nut jobs are going to get elected (thankfully O'Donnell will NOT be one of them). And you can be rest assured they will go to DC and make asses of themselves. They don't understand the constitution and the respresent a hateful group of white people who truly believe they are the only ones entitled to government handouts.

We knew going into 2010 it wasn't going to look good for us but I honestly believe it's not going to be a blow-out like 1994 standards. And I think the few hateful teabaggers that get elected will only rally around the progressives even stronger and make those moderate republicans who voted for them regret their votes.

I am encouraged by numbers as of lately. California, West Virgina and Washington are starting to look like dem wins. Wisconsin and Pennsylvania are starting to look doable. Even Alaska looks like it could be in play although if I were the dem leaders, I'd be talking to Lisa Murkowski right about now.

I hope all of you have made it a point to find one race to adopt as your own and help do something to ensure a victory. Even for those of you stuck with a moderate democrat - remember a vote for them is a vote to keep the likes of McConnell and Boehner out of the majority.
