17. in defense of Cain and /or any other candidate for office with little experience...
As I remember explaining to people 3 years ago...

The President does NOT need to be an EXPERT on the cultural norms in Tajikistan.

A GOOD President will surround himself with people who ARE experts on the cultural norms in Tajikistan.

Ane effective President brings forth his view of the world, his personal philosophy and his own understanding and notion of the concept of the United States.

Then he surrounds himself with people who KNOW everything and these people learn and iunderstand the President's views and they implement his policy.

I mean... does ANYONE actually believe that Obama ACTUALLY suggests specific numbers for monetary policy? Or controls fuel allocation for the US Army? Of course not...

That's the argument I made 3 years ago and to avoid looking like a damn hypocrite I'll argue it for Cain.

Intelligence in specific portions of the ocean of knowledge is overrated. Organization, motivation, the ability to inspire and resolution of character are 100% more important.
