7. She has said basically that her hands were tied

following the CIA briefings, due to the rules and I'm not in a position to dispute it. I think she took her cues about impeachment from the Obama people, the executive branch. But in terms of her tenure as Speaker, she has been one of the most, if not THE most productive Speakers in history. Right now she's the strongest voice in the Democratic party.
