"Raising big money" as he puts it is called free speech in this country. So I guess it's only a problem when the ("extreme") left does it successfully. (I leave the right out b/c the pundocracy doesn't complain when they do it.) It's fine for corporations to deluge the Capital in money. Anybody, but the left. Oh God no, we can't have that, can we?

And his counter-argument to there being no way out of the sand trap (not that that's a point I'd make yet myself) is to give Obama credit? "Good job, Brownie" will get us out of the sand trap?

Whatever.

Oh and as to his overall theme, the similarity between the two individuals in marketing an image which doesn't match the reality... it has some merit. Scam? Yeah, I'd consider that a fair word to use - it's unpleasant, but so is the fact of it.

Sooo, I don't see... "where's the beef?" :shrug:
