83. The 90% category is for those who have the most and who use government
services the most.

For instance, when a 20 bedroom home catches on fire versus a trailer house with 2 bedrooms, which uses more fire engines, firefighters, etc?

Who uses taxpayer-built and funded airports, homeless folks or wealthier frequent fliers?

Who wears out more pavement - bicyclists or someone being hauled in a limo?

On and on. Services must be paid for; they're not free. Seems unreasonable to let the wealthiest, most resource-consuming folks off with a free ride. I admit for the last 30 years, we love welfare banks, billionaires, and corporations, while we demonize the young, the homeless, the old, and the ill, but I don't think that's right.

Those who use the most should pay the most. Fairly simple.
