46. I used to be a bartender. I had some training in
martial arts to handle myself if I needed to behind the bar and I had a gun legally. Back then I was confident in its use and in being able to keep it if someone tried to get it from me. However, as I got old, I realized that having a gun when in a close quarters confrontation is not a good idea when you are weak and feeble so I don't carry any obvious weapons with me anymore. I do know how to use everyday objects like keys and other things we carry though.
