I don't know that the laws evolving around statutory rape have changed all that much really. I will agree that the sex offender label is a bit to far of stretch in some states - I don't think a minor's life should be turned upside down over a charge such as voyeurism which seems to fall to the label of sex offender under the heading of indecent liberties.So indeed there are differences of opinion about the label.


Child Molesters-serial rapist's, serial killers should be eradicated period end.I am not the least bit interested in debating the wide ranges of the label.The law in it's definition's is far from perfect.
