13. Ricky covers his A$$
He's paid his taxes on the house he claimed he lived in while "serving" as senator in Pennsylvania. Because he "claimed" he lived here (instead of the 2-million dollar place outside of DC where the wife and kids just happened to be to "visit" Daddy) he also charged the Penn Hills School District thousands per child per year to cyber-school his brood.

As the article states, he seems to "pay up" just when he needs to have a clean slate for his next announcement.

What a piece of "Santorum" this guy is!
