Kind of like those teachers pensions, where the lock box has been raided, there will be no pensions, but yet the teachers have to contribute anyway.

Many may say "Oh that won't happen"

I watched the same press conference you guys did - and denial is more than just a river in Egypt

Many may say "Oh there will be SOMETHING left"

Nope, it took 12 Presidential Administrations to do it, but the GOP won. Social Security, that money, is theirs now. Theirs to give back to themselves in sweetheart contracts, free to give to their buddies at defense contractors, etc.

Look - why couldn't the DEFENSE budget be up for grabs?

If we're talking shared sacrifices, how about cutting that one program that doesn't do anyone any good, sucks money right out of the economy, and makes the world hate us?

But no - Obama wants to prove he's not a wimp or some shit

So my question remains - how do I stop paying into Social Security?
