My mother went into the hospital last Month from a fall & then was transferred to a rehabilitation center.
I spent today paying my mothers bills ( was paying all her bills in cash), I stopped into pay her cell phone bill (verizon) and the clerk informed me that if I paid the bill in cash there would be a "convenience Fee"! WTF! Since I paid her bill in cash it cost me an additional three dollars.
