a product or services?

The scary thing here is that anyone might see the logic in that. The banks have done a great sales job!

The banks USE our money and get interest from it, way more than they give back--if they give anything back. The vendors provide products and services for a price; they should be expected to be able to handle a simple sales transaction as part of that process.

It's egregious.
