12. One of my first jobs
was at a local Grocery Store chain in Ohio. I worked in one of the stores in a poorer section of Columbus where about 20-25% paid in Food Stamps or recieved Aid for Families with Dependent Children.

Were it not for those social safety net programs, none of us, from the manager to the bagger would have had a job...not to mention the bakeries, truck drivers, distribution centers, vendors and even the farmer growing the produce and rasing cattle who benefited from the folks that shopped at that store.
