With a double majority he couldn't push through his agenda, and yet with only a majority in the House the republicans have had absolutely NO troubel whatsoever pushing through their extreme agenda...
That has fuckall to do with 'local' or 'fringe' candidates, or being disappointed that everyone didn't get a pony when Barack the Magnificent waved his wand, but everything to do with ineffective and weak leadership...
