The Dems have nothing at all close to the rigid militant party discipline that the zombie-like Republicans exhibit. Graham occasionally offers moments of perspective and, if he can muster the votes, bipartisan compromise. He would never just outright stab his own caucus in the back the way Lieberman did over his long whiny career. They wouldn't put up with that shit.
