Limbaugh quotes Cain accuser: it was "nothing overtly sexual", but how?

During his Tues Nov 1 show Rush Limbaugh said the woman accusing Herman Cain of sexual harassment admitted it was "nothing overtly sexual".

He used the same exact phrase 3 times. When someone wants Limbaugh to sell a talking point he'll repeat it a few times. If it's one of the major think tanks buying that time, like a Koch Bros think tank, it's possible Sean Hannity used the same phrase later in the day- that's the usual procedure. Then it might also be repeated by other talkers, maybe even go local.

He used it as a a direct quote. So, did he get that from Perry supporters or did he just make it up?

Maybe her lawyer needs to know.
