1. FDR - A Second Bill of Rights
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UENMaVtb5kE

On January 11, 1944, President Franklin D. Roosevelt proposed a Second Bill of Rights for the American people. It would have created a basic set of "Economic" rights for workers, farmers and small businesses, to protect them against hard times and unfair practices by large corporations, at home and abroad. Unfortunately, President Roosevelt passed away before he could take action to carry out the ideas contained in the proposed Second Bill of Rights.
