It actually is mathematically possible for all students to have the best grade/same grade, although very highly unlikely it is MATHEMATICALLY possible, and on your second note Nobody I have seen has claimed to be "PERFECT" as you say, are you implying that the best and brightest should not be rewarded? If so, why would anyone strive to be the best and the brightest?
