No new jobs in the part of Jobs Bill vote scheduled for Friday.

Any bets on if it'll pass? If it does how will it be doled out to the States? What will be cut to pay for it?
Not saying it's not a good thing, but when will the new jobs for the 16,000,000 unemployed/underemployed come up for a vote?
