A U.S. lawmaker who provided major financial backing for the effort to oust California Governor Gray Davis has sharply criticized the federal court decision to delay the recall vote.
A two-term Republican congressman and former businessman, Darrell Issa, used $2 million of his personal fortune to support a petition drive against the Democratic California governor.
Mr. Issa says the decision by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals should be "swiftly and decisively overturned." "In this case, you have a group of people, Gray Davis, Cruz Bustamante, who are spending money to attempt to overthrow the will of the people," he said. "This is a legally-requested and certified election, in every way, shape or form."

2. Well, he needs to "GET OVER IT."
We quite literally should answer every single one of their arguments here with this phrase--maybe to vary it up once in a while, we could say "get the fuck over it."

3. Say what??
Mr. Issa calls Monday's court decision, "a judicial hijacking of the electoral process."

Well, I am just speechless.

7. bad reason
Of all the reasons to postpone California recall, this one is the worst one. punch-card ballot machines, I think, is better than the touch screen electronic voting machine. Because it's comparatively hard to cheat and easy to track if cheat happens.

There maybe some other reason behind scene, because before there were more reasonable proposes to postpone the recall promptly rejected by court. The recall itself is a plot by intelligence to Steal California. Probably electoronic voting machine is more favorable for intelligence to cheat.

12. And this will buy time to slide in BBV.
A win-win for the Pugs: They get to

1) Fix a recall they were going to lose; AND

2) Blame it on "Democrat judges";

Establishment ACLU-type liberals are incredibly destructive and stupid.
