Trio charged with terror offences (UK)

"Three men arrested last month have been charged under the Terrorism Act, Scotland Yard has said.

Waseem Mughal, of Kent, and Younis Tsouli, of London, both 22, have been charged with conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to cause an explosion. Tariq al-Daour, 19, of Paddington, London, was charged with fundraising offences under the Terrorism Act.

They were arrested on 21 and 22 October and will appear at Bow Street magistrates court on Friday...

Among his charges Mr Mughal is accused of having in the bedroom of his Chatham home a DVD entitled "Martyrdom Operations Vest...for a purpose connected with the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism"...A recipe for rocket propellant and guidance on causing an explosion was also allegedly found in his bedroom."
