Bond hearing postponed in case of former CIA contractor(who is the judge?)
~snip~
Passaro had been released so that he could help his lawyers with his defense, on condition that he wouldn't leave his home except for work, church or other trips approved by his probation officer.

US District Court Judge Terrence Boyle scheduled a hearing for Monday, but the court clerk's office says Boyle postponed it without explanation.

Passaro is a former Green Beret who was jailed for ten months until Boyle released him on March 17th.

Passaro is accused of assaulting detainee Abdul Wali at a United States outpost in Afghanistan in 2003.
