Martin agrees to wipe out most of Iraqs debt

I know that Bono is a Martin fan for his approach to 3rd World debt relief. This is probably a good thing for the Iraqi people, but I hope he's not doing this just to make Boosh happy.

Martin's probably decided he isn't going to be "confrontational", and if he thinks he can please 2 groups of people, he'll go ahead. I can't really imagine him doing it if Bush had been pushing AGAINST it ...
