49. I looked at your link, and while Im not familiar with all the Senators' names,

it did seem that the same courageous souls as usual were taking a stand against it. I noticed that
Kennedy voted "nay" - is he back at work, or can he vote by proxy or something from his home? Obama
was a "nay", and Lieberman a "yay". And Hillary didn't vote - hasn't she learned anything - she
should be standing for something, not sitting on the fence.

Sorry there wasn't a filibuster - I think the concept is great, and I've never seen one.

I got the sense from the aids that some/many of the comments they are receiving are angry and impolite. Please take the time to write down your talking points and then express them calmly and logically on the phone. This will make your Senators and their aides much more receptive to your opinions.
