1. You mean, Cheney is going to appear
as if he is actually going to do some work this year. Of course we know he never, ever works as king. I do not want the stench of cheney now dictating more debt for me and my kids.

11. Could just be me...
But I'm thinking the jackasses who helped CAUSE this problem (Cheney, McCain, etc) should stay the hell away from those trying to solve it.

12. It's pretty clear now who Cheney's been working for all along..
FYI Cheney looks like death warmed over. He's lost at least 20 pounds lately, he looks gaunt, like he's walking the Green Mile, so I guess this is his swan song.

14. Cheney's Big Book of Secrets
You mean he's got the balls to show up after his last mugging? I guess he'll be bringing his big, black notebook that has all the dirt the FBI and all the other alphabet soup agencies have been putting together on every member of Congress since this fascist regime seized control of the government? He must have left it at home last time he came calling on Congress.

They ought to hang him upside down from the top of the rotunda.

17. There's lots of reasons to oppose this bailout to nowhere, but this
is a real little item: if Bush and Cheney want ANYTHING, why should I?

???????????

18. man....
"...if Bush and Cheney want ANYTHING, why should I?"

....I hear ya....for the first time in my adult life I find myself sharing a similar political position with the uber-fascist right-wing of the puke party....and it's extremely uncomfortable....although I've come to this position, like you, for different reasons....

....since the big-boner opposes the bailout, I should be for it....yet bushco wants the bailout, therefore I should be against it....things are getting curiouser and curiouser....
