2. Very respectful remarks from his collegues, from the article:
Belcher was vice chairman of the House Education Committee and Seniors, Military Affairs and Public Safety Committee and also was a member of the Transportation Committee.

“He was a person who, when he spoke, you listened, because he didn’t talk unnecessarily,” said Rep. Tonya Pullin, D-South Shore and chairwoman of the seniors committee. “He had a good heart and was in public service for the right reason — to serve people.”

House Speaker Jody Richards said Belcher “was one of the finest men I have ever known.”

“His motives were pure,” said Richards, D-Bowling Green. “He was in the General Assembly to help people.”

Rep. Greg Stumbo, D-Prestonsburg, also praised Belcher.

“If there was ever a person in politics for the right reasons, it was Larry Belcher,” Stumbo said.

~~~~~~~~~~
Looks as if he has been a true pillar of his community, and will surely be missed.
6. Does it have something to do with Republicans finding it so much easier to win by cheating?
And in the case of the Presidency, cheating is the only way Republicans can win.
12. "...no sign of braking at the scene..."
I hope to gawd authorities will inspect his vehicle for tampering. Maybe there was "no sign of braking" because he had no brakes. Makes you go "hmmmm..."
21. He hit the back of the trailer
According to the police report the tracktor trailer was stopped due to construction. Republicans are bad and some are evil but it is a little far fetched to believe this was somehow planned.
RIP Congressman
