1. Thank you, bradblog, for keeping us up to date on this. Is there any chance that Nelson
might get charges filed against him for violating election security?

That would be sweet. But, of course, a successful lawsuit would be sweet also.

Brakey is another unsung American hero!!

3. Sure...
Depending on what the AG finds in the current criminal investigation ballot examination of the '06 Pima County RTA election going on right now in Phoenix (here's the latest, just posted tonight: http://www.bradblog.com/?p=7077) Brad Nelson could be in a helluva lot of trouble if fraud is found to have taken place either by him, or on his watch.

As to Brakey's suit likely to be filed against Nelson, that will be a civil matter most likely, so wouldn't play into the violation of election security as far as I can tell.

4. This nation could use a few more thousand like him!
An attorney who gives a damn about election integrity and is willing to go to the mat for it, go figure!

PLUS, one that is supported by the local Democratic Party to take the bad guys to court! (Go figure!)

As I said, we could use a few thousand more like him!
