And some follow up questions:
Was her statement made out of the blue in disgust at a particular person or was she asked a personal opinion question? Did this whole outrage begin because she was on some traditional marriage tour lambasting or campaigning against gay marriage, or merely because of her short answer at the pageant? Is she in any way situated to affect policy in the same was as say our current president?

There seems to be a major double standard at work here. For instance, no one that I know of has called obama a stupid bigoted bitch for essentially holding the same view point.

56. I've done some shoots along these lines, and I have to take her side on it.

It's pretty common to shoot "Maxim Style" stuff like this where the model wears just a vest or an open shirt or some minimal covering, or uses her hands/arms to cover. I'd bet she did not agree to shots where her nipples would be visible, and the photographer may have accidentally or purposely taken a few where she was unknowingly exposed. (Shooting into the sun with the wind blowing and other things going on, it would be easy to miss that detail when actually shooting -- believe it or not, his eyes were probably on her expression.) She should have stated on the release that any accidentally exposed images were not approved for distribution. (She may have, and the photographer just decided to make a quick buck, or he gave her a verbal assurance, which is meaningless.)

Looking at the TMZ gallery, Frame 1 is not a pose, but adjusting her hair, and either the wind or the movement of her arm revealed her left nipple.
Frames 2, 4, 6 and 11 are posed, but she's clearly making an effort to cover her right breast with the vest, probably thinking her hair or the vest was covering the other. (Frames 12, 14 and 15 shows what she probably intended.)

The shots in the white outfit are pretty innocuous, but are just there to "pad out" TMZ's presentation.

Despite her stance on gay marriage, I'd say that she's the victim here of an unscrupulous photographer, who is doing a LOT to damage the reputation of all of us photographers who work with models.

spent a few days at my parents this past week.

discussion regarding my partner's job or rather lack thereof I mentioned that she's been without health insurance for going on 2 years now because either the temp jobs she's been working do not offer health insurance or the two perm jobs she's had have layed her off prior to benefits kicking in

I also pointed out how my insurance (through work) would cover domestic partners - IF the company agreed to participate. It doesn't cost the company anything, I would have to pick up the "family plan" rates.

Company won't participate, and therefore I can't get her to covered. We live in PA - PA doesn't recognize domestic partnerships.

I pointed out that as a married couple - he and my mother had special rights via their marriage. Hospital visits, health insurance, inhereitance, social security benefits transferable for surviving spouse...etc.
