U.S. denies forcing out Aristide
Prime Minister Paul Martin said he knew nothing of a coup.

"Canada does not have knowledge of what happened in those final hours. All we can go on is what said in his letter."

Martin said it was clear from the letter that Aristide was resigning because it "was the best way to prevent bloodshed and it was his decision."

Which letter?

Does the PM read Creole also?

Seems that he doesn't know a lot about alot.
Sounds like a looped tape.

1. Believe the chimp regime? No FCUKing way.
Pattern of lying, guilty as charged.

Someone throw the chimp in a padded cage.

2. I saw in earlier reports
that Canada and France were involved with the coup along with the US. I'll look for a link. It was a Canadian link....

5. Seems Like
It is the same tune.

'Foreign Affairs Minister Bill Graham said Canada would consider sending 100 police officers to Haiti if a political solution is reached.'

http://www.cbc.ca/storyview/CBC/2004/02/17/haiti_040217

There has been more. It seems that they are saying We didn't know anything about this.

It is becomming a habit in this new government.

3. They are reaping what they have sown. I cannot believe old
Colin at all, so if he says they absolutely had nothing to do with getting rid of Aristide, I have no reason to believe him. Now the US corporations can take over Haiti.

4. If they deny it, then it must be true
Knowing that this administration always lies, it is probable that soldier did kidnap the Haitian president and forced him to leave the country. The pattern of US interventions in the hemisphere is common knowledge.

7. Just some things from today's cable media
Wish I could be more specific but I heard pieces and parts of how other countries would assist, etc. if he was out of there, etc. It seemed very convenient that suddenly the guy who said he would rather die than leave, left. People are stupid to believe that we are above such stuff----if you have any problem thinking we are, then I'm sure you could share with us where the WMD's are. These people are getting away with murder because they murder in plain sight.

9. Another Intell failure from the CIA?
Edited on Mon Mar-01-04 09:45 PM by Disturbed
Is Bushco going to say that they didn't know this coup was coming? Is that why when it was obvious that they only sent 50 Marines to gaurd the Embassy? It is The Twilight zone, folks.

I miss Chretien. Martin is looking like a suck-up to Bushco.

12. Well Then
Don't look at his defense minister, Mr. Pratt. He is already in bed and under the covers with Rummy.

Didn't think they allow that in Washington.
