4. I happen to agree with him 100%, What is the point
of having sanctions against Korea and not being able to search their ships without their permission?

5. He's correct
The sanctions are in place for a reason -- There were zero no votes and neither China, nor Russia abstained

6. Search their ships. They should have nothing to hide?
Doesn't the Holy Bible say something about an eye for an eye? Allow them to inspect the ship inspecting them!

7. UN authorizes US to search them voluntarily
That means the captain has to consent. NO Consent no search. Any other means of search on the high seas is considered an act of war. When it refuels the country where it is refueled might possibly be pressured by us to search it. But korea will say its an act of war by the proxy nation. This could lead to a serious conflict.

9. I think they want to search them in popular refueling places like Singapore.
The Singaporean govt would likely give the US permission. By the time they unloaded in a place like Myanmar it would be too late.
