5. It's been happening all the time but nobody cared.
It was just another fossil fuel incident and they were off-limits for
reporting (it's not as if anyone even cares about this one is it?).

At the moment, every such incident will get an initial spike in case
some reporter can tie it into BP somehow but, if not, will just fall
back to the morass of everyday industry fatalities ...

:shrug:
